Use the Schedule to choose an opponent and advance the week. The Gym, Fridge, Health and Champions/Contenders screens cover training, meals, treatment and scouting. After choosing an opponent, remember to advance the day; selection alone does not move the calendar.
Six fighter attributes
Speed, Power, Agility, Stamina, Heart and Grit describe different parts of a fighter. Check the attribute display after training to confirm the session produced progress. When Power is close to its current limit, shift work toward the attribute the next matchup needs instead of repeating the same drill.
Training, jobs and energy
Training and work consume daily energy. Mini-games reward timing and accuracy, while auto-training trades direct control for convenience. High-score numbers belong to that save and activity; they are not universal unlock thresholds.
Weight and weigh-in
Fighting heavy can add Power while costing Speed and Stamina; fighting light changes the trade-off in the other direction. Build the camp around the listed target. Missing weight removes 50% of the final purse, so leave a margin before selecting Go To Weigh-in.
Meals and glucose
The Fridge shows calories, vitamins, minerals, water, glucose and daily weight gain. Use low-weight meals such as salads when glucose is the main need, and reserve heavier food for a deliberate post-weigh-in refill or a camp with enough allowance.
Persistent injuries
Head, jaw, body, arms and hands can be damaged during a fight and remain injured afterward. Arms affect punch speed; hands affect punch power. Review Health before training or booking the next opponent and pay for treatment when the injury undermines the planned style.
Judging and Pugilist
Amateur judging focuses on clean punches landed. Professional scoring also weighs work rate, ring generalship and effective aggression, and the between-round prediction can differ from the official card. Pugilist is the top difficulty and uses more capable decision-making, so treat habits that work on lower settings as practice, not guarantees.
