Many objects in the world can be manipulated. Right click on an object to see a list of possible interactions

inventory management

Press Tab to open the inventory panel

Your inventory is shown on the left; the contents of nearby containers are on the right.

Click and drag item tiles to loot them. Right click on items to use them.

To defend yourself or destroy objects, hold right mouse to enter your combat stance

While in the combat stance, press left click to begin an attack.

You can equip weapons in your inventory.

Different weapons are suited to different scenarios.

Pay attention to whether your weapon deals SLASH or BLUNT damage

Creatures and objects might have resistances to certain damage types

Effects like hunger, thirst, exhaustion, etc. appear as icons at the top of the screen.

Not all statuses require immediate attention, and some can even be positive
