The beer examples below are specific tutorial recipes. Foam occupies volume, so the quantity written on the ticket is not automatically the amount consumed from a keg. Do not apply a generic “half the recipe” rule to mixed drinks. Keep the exact pouring order for the requested foam state.

Beer foam and pouring order

Place a wooden barrel filled with beer on a table and install a tap.
When beer is poured, additional foam will form, and one serving of beer can fill a glass that holds two servings.
Once the tap is turned on, beer will not stop flowing. If you do not close the tap, the foam will overflow, and you may receive a Neutral Review as a result.

Both beer and foam are considered as beer, so the amount of beer listed in a recipe does not represent the actual cost.
After adding one serving of milk to a Cup, there will be space for three servings left. You only need to add two servings of beer to fill the Cup perfectly. Foam will overflow with the third serving.

Every time the foam overflows, the shape and icon of the Cup will change.
A large glass of beer is the most complicated — the foam can have no overflow, slight overflow, moderate overflow, and significant overflow.
Customers have precise requirements for the foam. You can Serve drinks with incorrect foam, but you may not receive a Good Review.

Each serving of beer will produce an additional serving of foam.
Only two servings of beer are needed to fill a medium cup, while three servings can fill a large cup.

Place a metal beer keg on the bar along with a CO2 gas bottle.
The positioning of the keg is very important — the closer it is to the gas bottle, the better the carbonation of the beer.
When making beer, you need to pay attention to both the foam and the bubbles simultaneously.

Since the recipe for the drink is 1+3, first add one serving of vodka and then two or three servings of beer to make a drink with no overflow or only a slight overflow.

If you first add three servings of beer and then vodka when the foam slightly overflows, you can create a drink with a moderate overflow.

Since the recipe for the drink is 3+3, first add three servings of apple juice and then two or three servings of beer to make a drink with no overflow or only a slight overflow.

To create a drink with moderate overflow, you must first add two servings of beer and then three servings of apple juice. The foam should be slightly overflowing at this point. Then, you need to add one serving of beer to achieve a moderate overflow of foam.

First, add three servings of beer, which will fill a large Cup with foam. Then, add three servings of apple juice to cause a significant overflow of foam.

As shown on the left, the Customer wants a medium-sized drink with no sugar added.
After opening the full recipe, you can see the customer has also requested one prune. Always check your order label to confirm the Customer's full requirements!

Glasses and cleanup

Dirty cups used by a Customer can be placed in the dishwasher, and cups with incorrect drinks can also be washed directly.
The dishwasher can wash four cups at a time. After the cleaning is complete, they can be taken out using a tray and then placed back on the glass rack.

Kegs can be stored on the keg rack, and empty kegs should not be thrown into the trash cans.
Each time you order a new keg, the delivery man will take away an empty keg and return the deposit.
If there are too many empty kegs, you can also pay the fee and call the keg recycling service directly.

Customers will signal you to clear the table after finishing their drinks.
If the tables are not tidied in time, customers will leave dirty cups on the trays in the activity area, or on the ground if the trays are full.

You can hold a tray and touch customers to collect dirty cups.
Note: Avoid dropping dirty cups on the ground to prevent complaints from other customers.

Cocktail workflow

Fill the insulated box with water and place it in the freezer. The water will gradually freeze into ice cubes.
After the insulated box is taken out of the freezer, the ice cubes will slowly melt into water.

Cut ice cubes into different shapes (, , ) according to the specific drink requirements. First, add the ice cubes to an empty Cup, and then pour in the spirits.
Crushed ice and an ice ball each use one portion of ice, while an ice spear uses two portions.

Some recipes do not necessarily fill the Cup. A Mizuwari Whiskey consists of two portions of liquid, while a Hot Toddy consists of four, and both are served in a classic glass.

Aesthetics is important for cocktails. You can put up to three garnishes in any order.

No matter how many servings you're making, you only need to add crushed ice once. You can double the amount of liquor you're making, but the shaking time will increase.

Add one shot of gin, one lemon, and one portion of crushed ice to the shaker, then shake!
Strain out the ice when pouring to make iceless liquor.

The number shown by the shaker indicates the required servings of liquor. After adding the shaken liquor, mix with other ingredients.
Note: The shaker contains iceless liquid, so crushed ice must be added to the glass in advance.

Some recipes require shaking with an egg, which is not counted as liquid.

Place a topping container under the peeler, put in a lemon or orange to peel for garnish.
Take out the peeled fruit and juice it to avoid waste.

Customers will stand in front of the bar counter to place their Order, and you need to approach them to provide service.
You can Serve the drinks at the tables marked with Pick Up, and customers will walk over to pick them up.

All customers love watching flair bartending performances — bring out your real skills!
When making six servings of liquor at once, you will toss the shaker high into the air — time your catch perfectly.
Successfully catching the shaker cup grants an additional four servings of liquor, while failure increases Stress.

To order more shakers, please place your order via the phone.
Shakers can be stored in a liquor cabinet or on a small rack for use.

Note that when using oranges in a cocktail, one orange produces two portions of juice, so a shaker can hold at most two servings of red wine and two oranges.
