Beginner guide
Start with the driving tutorial and activate nearby cabins before taking long detours. They provide recovery points when a vehicle is damaged or stranded. Follow visible trails, mark one destination at a time and check the map again at junctions. This guide covers early exploration; it is not a verified route to every collectible.
Equipment
For steep rocks and narrow bridges, slow down and use low range. Choose a winch attachment that pulls the vehicle away from the obstacle rather than sideways into it. A portable winch supplies an anchor when there is nothing suitable nearby. Planks help bridge small gaps; a jack can recover a badly positioned vehicle. Check the current control prompts, since bindings vary.
Upgrade budget
Spend your first pebbles on the problem that stops your journeys: grip, clearance, recovery or carrying capacity. The footage shows why extra tool slots help on longer routes, but does not establish one best build. Return to a cabin or shop to recover and replenish before another attempt. Vehicle descriptions are flavour and guidance, not measured performance rankings.
Driving with friends
Before a group sets off, agree on a destination and make sure everyone has activated the same nearby cabin. On challenge trails, watch your own checkpoint indicators: following another driver does not prove that you crossed every gate. If a finish does not register, check the missing gate before spending more recovery equipment. Gather the whole group before using the camping tool.

Jack
Ended up upside down?
Flip your car upright and reposition it nearby.

Planks
Place a set of two wooden planks in a radius around you.
Useful for crossing gaps and gaining traction on otherwise rough terrain.

Camp tool
Using the camping kit while all players are together allows you to set up camp.
Camping quickly advances time, helping you skip unfavorable weather or lighting conditions.
It also slightly repairs your vehicle.
