First keep the World Tree alive
Living Water sustains vitality; refined water can maintain it more efficiently. A withered tree cannot provide normal shelter and can prevent territory functions. Check vitality before spending scarce resources on expansion.
Creatures are part of the workstation requirement
Seedbearing Tree → Stumpy. Bobtail Workbench → Bobtail Squire. Bobtail Grill → Bobtail Hunter. Spirit Spring → Waterborn. Purification Bud → Florafairy. Dissolution Pool → Slime. Acquiring the right creature is a production unlock, not only a combat choice.
ABD: gathering quantity
Abundance determines resource yield from gathering. Use it for a gathering bottleneck, not as a substitute for faster production.
PRO: production speed
Proficiency affects crafting speed. More speed is useful only while ingredients and output space remain available.
CRA: product quality
Craft affects the quality of produced items. It is a different goal from producing more low-cost consumables. Compare individuals for the item you actually want to make.
FIN: material consumption
Finesse reduces resource consumption in production. Read the current recipe preview to determine the real cost; this guide does not invent a universal percentage per point.
Separate combat, crafting and transport
Keep a dedicated production specimen when taking it away would interrupt a critical chain. Route basic materials to accessible storage and keep an overflow chest. When a job stalls, inspect assignment, storage eligibility, capacity and inputs before adding another worker.
Deep corruption needs a different step
Some creatures carry Corrupted Imprints and are sealed in amber. Ordinary seeds alone are insufficient: Florafairy’s Purification Bud handles the deeper corruption. Keep this capability available before pursuing such creatures.
