Melee Weapons

Melee weapons use the power meter - the yellow meter near the top of the screen - to determine their damage. The damage of an attack is higher the more full the meter is when attacking.

Additionally, most attacks can be charged by holding the attack button. Charge is indicated by the power meter filling with blue, more charge on the meter will also increase the damage of an attack.

All melee weapons have a secondary attack which can perform a variety of functions, so give them a try!

Throwing Weapons

Throwing Weapons

Thanks to your enchanted Dagger Belt, Throwing Weapons can be used an unlimited number of times.

Once thrown they will take time to return to the sheath.

The amount of time it takes each throwing weapon to return is based on its speed attribute.

Collecting multiple of the same type of Throwing Weapon will allow you to store and throw more in succession without waiting for them to return.

Damage Types

Different weapons have a variety of damage types. The effectiveness of each damage type depends on the resistances of the enemy you're hitting.

Weak - corresponding damage type will deal increased damage

Normal - corresponding damage type will deal normal damage

Resist - corresponding damage type will deal reduced damage
