Saving, equipment and quick-slot items for the first expedition.
Interacting with a Crystal Monument allows you to Rest and save your game.
Resting will fully heal you as well as cure any status ailments. Resting will also respawn most enemies so use it with caution.
Make sure to save your game at crystal monuments regularly because the game will not autosave or create any checkpoints for you!
To use equipment (Melee weapons, Throwing Weapons, Accessories) you must select them in the status menu and equip them.
Use items provide a variety of useful effect such as healing, curing status effects, and more.
To use them, you can select them from the status menu or you can activate them during gameplay from the quick slot.
Items can be added or removed from the quick slots by selecting them in the status menu.
