1. Anchor the mission before collecting details
Start with the client, assumed identity, target, location and objective. These facts tell you why the meeting exists. They also stop a colorful side detail from replacing the information most likely to matter during infiltration.
2. Inspect the whole Mission Folder
Move overlapping papers until every edge is visible. Flip documents that may have a second side. Treat a photograph as evidence for the features it actually shows, then use articles, drawings and personal items to fill gaps rather than to overwrite clearer proof.
3. Build the face and the identity separately
Complete the broad silhouette first: age, hair and major facial shapes. Use the hand for relationships, history, preferences and the reason for the meeting. Writing facial details on the hand duplicates work that the laboratory already stores.
4. Turn failure into one useful change
If the disguise is rejected before conversation, revisit uncertain appearance fields. If Credibility falls during dialogue, keep a face that already passed and improve the missing identity note. Changing both layers at once hides which correction worked.
Retry checklist
- Re-opened every hidden or flipped document
- Marked direct and indirect clues separately
- Checked all nine appearance fields
- Reserved hand space for identity facts
- Changed only the failed layer
